Great airport stopover delight
Woke up to a really good breakfast spread that had a good variety, including fresh juices and friendly service that brightened our morning. Leaving our ice packs overnight in the room's freezer was a pleasant surprise!
Check-in took longer than expected, and the staff seemed a bit confused about my reservation, which started my stay off on an awkward note. A more efficient process would certainly improve the experience.

the staff was excellent and very helpful
after I checked in and left to go out for the evening I returned to find my key did not work. After heading to the front desk it was discovered I had been sent to the wrong room but while I was gone the room I was given had been assigned to someone else while I was out. I was really disturbed that someone else had entered my room while I was out with all of my personal efeects there. The staff was very friendly and prompt in taking care of it but still was a little unsettling to me.

This one had me thinking.
Waking up to a breakfast spread that offered wonderful variety and freshly made red velvet waffles was an unexpected delight! The staff was friendly and kept everything clean. The King room had a separate freezer area, a thoughtful touch, made resting before our early flight easy.

Big breakfast, comfy bed, beautiful decor, cleanliness, delicious coffee/tea & creamers (esp. Hazelnut), quick check-in, amenities, etc.
Small pillows not good but were comfy & soft.

The venue was great and beautiful, I enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent so close to highway access as well as a nice area. The staff were great and polite, as I could only expect. The room was brand-new and tidy, had central heating, a flat-screen TV and a microwave. I came here for 3 nights and had a decent stay.

The bed was so comfortable I slept until 8:30 AM and I NEVER sleep past 6 AM! The Inn is conveniently located to shopping, yet since it is tucked back from the main roads it feels secluded (and quiet.)
